Christopher Bennell Furniture was established in 1998. Since then we have been working to provide our much valued customers with stylish dining tables, outdoor settings and custom furniture of the highest quality and attention to detail at the most affordable price. Handmade dining tables and Outdoor furniture with both rustic charm and modern industrial appeal have become our specialty. We have access to recycled timbers such as Kauri or Baltic Pine and Australian hardwood such as Blackbutt for our range of handmade dining tables. Australian hardwood is our choice for outdoor furniture as it bring enduring strength. Our business until the launch of our website in October 2014 has been driven primarily through word of mouth and the supplying of shops in Sydney's inner suburbs and Northern Beaches. This is an exciting time for us as we feel that we can really bring a great deal of satisfaction to our clients that can not be achieved when dealing with a third party. We look forward to discussing, drawing and creating with you the new centerpiece of your home. Chris was born in Dubbo rural NSW in 1952. He spent his childhood growing up in Sydney and commenced his training as a Carpenter and Joiner at age 15 in 1967. Since then Chris has developed a solid understanding of his craft with his roots planted firmly in the building and service industry. With a family history of generations of carpenters and builders and his own 30 years of experience it was almost inevitable that he chose to pursue his lifelong passion of crafting timber into beautiful objects. In 1998 Christopher Bennell Furniture was established. He is truly a master craftsman who much loved and admired by his friends and family.
